PCT people covering their backs and insisting on repeated paperwork trails.  Locum Doctors refusing to extend treatments beyond review dates. Nurses demanding medication without covering prescriptions.  PCT pharmacists issuing blanket letters for continuation of medication &quot;If you consider it in the patient&#039;s best interests&quot;.  Justice department officials baulking at the costs of medication.  I could go on...

Still I will plod on and muse over how this will all effect me when I carry the can as the responsible Pharmacist in eleven days time.
