RPSGB decide not to take disciplinary action against Elizabeth Lee

The Society have decided no to take disciplinary action against Elizabeth Lee, The unfortunate locum pharmacists at the centre of the recent dispensing error case.

The have allowed Elizabeth to voluntarily resign from the register prior to any disciplinary action being taken.

(It may come as a suprise that pharmacists can be stopped from resigning if they have disciplinary procedures ongoing against them)

    RPSGB should have taken action against superintendent pharmacist of Tesco!

    I entirely agree but I don’t think anyone there cares for the little folk unless we can stir up a revolt but we are all too busy pursuing our own little paths until something like this happens. if the society is serious about improving standards then this is a sure way of getting work environements improved very quickly.
