What do you want from a pharmacy locum agency?

When you run a company it’s sometimes all too easy to think you have all the answers about how the company should be run. However, it’s worth checking regularly that this is the case, especially with our most important assets – our locums. Therefore I’d be really interested to hear from locum pharmacists and locum pharmacy technicians to see what they think about PL-UK in terms of:

1. the service we provide
2. our ability to fill your diary
3. the rates we obtain for you (especially in comparison to other agencies)

…and when we look to the future:

1. how we can support you in terms of the Responsible Pharmacist Regulations
2. how we might support locum pharmacists on the national stage
3. Any changes you suggest on how we run the PL-UK service e.g. later opening, weekend opening etc
