PL-UK Recruitment is a specialist recruitment agency, focusing exclusively on the pharmacy sector. We recruit experienced pharmacists; pharmacy technicians and medicines counter assistants to fill short and long term vacancies in all sectors of pharmacy including community pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, prison service pharmacy and MOD pharmacy
Formed by pharmacist Shaun Hockey in 2003, PL-UK recruit pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to fill both temporary and permanent positions. We are passionate about providing clients and candidates with the highest levels of service and are always on the look out for new ways to support our customers
Our innovative approach led to the successful launch of PharmStaff in 2006, the UK`s first recruitment service focusing on the recruitment of pharmacy technicians and medicines counter assistants. PharmStaff is designed to provide temporary cover for events like maternity leave and long term sickness and provides clients with a ready-made replacement for the vacancy that allows them to maintain service levels whilst keeping base spend to a manageable level.
In 2007, PL-UK Recruitment launched; ‘PL-UK Interims’. This service places experienced pharmacists in pharmacies with particular challenges. PL-UK interims are on hand to deliver clearly defined programmes of change or transition and can add real value to a community pharmacy. All our interims are either ex-proprietors or pharmacists with at least five years management experience and are fully referenced.
