Just a quick post  to remind all pharmacist that they need to renew their GPhC registration by the 31st October. So you still have a month to pay but if you are anything like me, if you don’t do it now, there’s a chance you’ll forget!

Preferred suppliers!

I went to a public sector pharmacy on Monday where one of the big recruiters had sent a flyer advertising their services. They advertised that they are recruiting for pharmacists, technicians and assistant pharmacists!

Anyone ever come across an assistant pharmacist before….anywhere! So big companies and the public sector don’t take the easy route and engage with big recruitment firms. Engage with small, specialist agencies like PL-UK. At the very least, we do know what we are talking about!

Is there really any point in either Lloyds or Boots advertising in the PJ or PJ Online/C+D? We know they have vacancies so is there any point in them spending the money? Discuss.
