Interim Management

Do you know of any other profession in which long term vacancies like maternity and serious health issues would be covered by different locums every day?

Thought not. If you think about it it makes no sense. What patients, doctors and staff want is consistency and changing pharmacists every day leads to a drop in business in many cases and a dip in moral amongst staff. PL-UK Interims offers the next best solution and is unique to PL-UK in the UK.

Questions and Answers

In other sectors interim managers are used in all aspects of the business bringing their own particular experience to the table. Our interims include many pharmacists who have opened their own pharmacy, pharmacists who have launched new services to a patient group, MUR specialists, pharmacists with experience of working in PCT’s and even pharmacists who have installed robot dispensers in to their pharmacies. If you need specialist pharmacy help, we should be able to find someone for you that fits the bill!

How much will the engaging the services of an interim manager cost?

Unlike the costs for locum and permanent recruitment we can’t give you a definitive answer the that question as it is dependent on the length of the contract, the interim involved and the nature of the project you have asked them to undertake.
