How much does this service cost?

Nothing if we don’t fill your vacancy. If we do find a suitable candidate for you we charge 12.5% of the candidates first year salary.

Who to work for is one of the biggest decisions we make and many candidates like help to choose the best employer for them. PL-UK have no hidden agenda and charge potential employers exactly the same if a candidate we introduce to them takes up a job offer.

What guarantees do you offer?

We can’t guarantee to find you a suitable candidate as sometimes there’s just no-one suitable for the position on a long term basis. However we can, in many cases offer you an interim manager to hold the fort.

If we do find a suitable candidate and you decide to employ them we offer a 100 day, 100% guarantee that they will be right for you. This means that we will refund our entire recruitment fee if the candidate we introduce leaves your employment within 100 days of taking up the position.
